Triple Five Worldwide • Trade Show Booth

Multinational commercial property manager required a new 900 sq. ft. trade show booth for presentations and private meetings.

Background: Triple Five Worldwide is a multinational holding company specializing in property development and finance. Triple Five’s activities encompass the development, management and ownership of world-scale ventures in fields including shopping centers, tourism projects, office buildings, municipal planning and development, revitalization programs and their implementation, urban entertainment destinations, recreation and amusement parks, hospitality projects, casino, residential developments, commercial and industrial real estate, auto and industrial manufacturing, natural resource development (oil, gas and minerals), technology, research, venture capital, banking and finance.

Task/Our Approach: Method was tasked to redesign Triple Five’s 30×30 trade show booth at the ICSC recon event held annually in Las Vegas, after deciding to move up from a rental booth to a custom booth. The primary function is to be a platform to set up new business for their major shopping centers across North America (West Edmonton Mall, Mall of America & American Dream). The challenge was to create a look and customer experience that would reflect the style and principles of Triple Five while encompassing the look and feel of the three major malls. Method achieved this through consistent design and selecting materials and textures that re-create the mall and company look. The floor plan was designed to nest the mall boardrooms within the Triple Five umbrella giving a coherent flow between all the centers. Method Provided Sketches of various design options showing different layouts and elements. 3D photo realistic renders were created to show materials, lighting and proportions of the booth before it was built. Once approved, final build drawings were created for the build and installation.

Results: The response from the marketing department, as well as other vendors at the show, was very positive and was noted that the Triple Five booth was one of (if not the best) showing booth at a show representing hundreds of other companies and their booths.
